To lighten up their emotional burdens, Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi has always shown his supportive side to them. He never fails to give them words of encouragement and strength. He usually offers some advices which are almost always helpful in more ways than one. On the other hand, in times of great achievement, he never fails to give his hard-working employees what they are due. He feels that knowing exactly what drives his employees and finding ways of giving them enough inspiration based on these, will improve the level of productivity in his company.

Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi has sought ways to make this team building process possible. He was a little surprised about what he found out. His team did not really need elaborate activities to break the ice, but a simple dinner with the delectable food and finest wine did the trick.
The first ever company dinner that he arranged was held at the Forty One Restaurant in Chifley Square in Sydney. It is considered as the most revered fine dining restaurant that has gained international recognition. His employees achieved remarkable sales that month and Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi decided it was a perfect opportunity to celebrate with the team. Danny was very pleased with the turn-around and positive response given by his colleagues. The intimate dinner not only led his employees to have more personal, non-work related conversations with each other, but it allowed him too, to know some personal information about them. He also observed the remarkable change that happened in the workplace - it was a little livelier, a little happier.
Ahmad Dabboussi now has a line of fine restaurants in mind to celebrate their next achievements. This includes Times on the Park at the Sydney Sheraton and Tetsuya's. As Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi puts it, there is no better way into anyone's heart than filling their stomachs with fine foods!
