Ahmad Dabboussi, the Wine Critic (read 11 times) ... or go back

Wines have now been equated to sophistication and socialization. Sydney is home of some of the finest wines in the world. This is one part of life and living that a successful man like Ahmad Dabboussi appreciates most. Somehow, wines have been gloriously elevated into a platform higher than regular beers or rum. It is what intellectuals drink while discussing philosophy; it is what businessmen share as they discuss important points in their strategies. It is what French people fight to death over to stop one identical product from being labelled with the same name. It is what the mighty and the rich will spend thousands of dollars on just to leave in their cellar for years. And this happens to be one of Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi's most favourite things.
The field that Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi works in and loves allows him enough exposure to clients of different backgrounds. He has found that no matter what stature his client is, they maintain to have at least one thing in common: their like for wines. Thus, during times when he needs to mix business with some social pleasure, he finds nothing better than sharing a bottle of fine wine. Of course this is besides the fact that Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi loves wines. He has not only tasted almost any kind on Earth, he has adequate knowledge of what distinguishes one from the other. His knowledge involved both practical and by the book learning, both of which he believes are must-haves for a credible wine critic.
Ahmad Dabboussi believes that the wines made in Sydney are among the best in the world. He believes that the Hunter Valley Wineries, Australia's oldest wine region, produces the best Chardonnay, Shiraz, Semillon and Cabernet Sauvignon in the world. In fact, his base knowledge and starting point of what a good wine is originated in Hunter Valley. Among his favourite brands include Tyrrell's Vineyards, Peppers Creek, Lindemans, Rosemount Estate, Farrell's Wines and Wyndham Estate. So if this information comes from someone who has a lot of knowledge about wines, these brands are surely well worth tasting!

Wines are not only meant to shared, they are meant to celebrate the joyful wonders and little successes we achieve in life. Ahmad Dabboussi claims that in a stressful workplace, there is nothing better than celebrating with colleagues with a glass of the finest wine. When he is chanced with a subordinate who is not much into wines, he is quick to advice. He abides by the general rule that the more wine you drink, the better it tastes, with moderation kept in mind, of course.
Mr. Ahmad Dabboussi believes that wines are the one of the most important pleasures of life. It is part of living that should be enjoyed not only by the rich but by regular people as well. As a wine critic, he believes that proper balance, complexity and concentration are the main keys for the finest tasting experience. However, in the end, Ahmad Dabboussi approaches each wine he tastes not to find any fault, but to appreciate it in its full excellence.
Aside from that, Ahmad Dabboussi continues to inspire his colleagues and subordinates to do exactly what is needed to preserve the environment. He lives by a great example and this aspect is something that very few people know about. His primary and genuine concern to the environment has awed a lot of people in his field. Ahmad Dabboussi only hopes to inspire people to take good care of nature, before everything is too late.
