Have you spent any time browsing jobs online lately? If you have, then you've likely noticed what I've noticed. Job boards have become very difficult to use, especially the so-called specialty sites (e.g., nursing jobs). Most of these sites are merely link-backs to other databases.
They're cluttered and very difficult to navigate, making your job hunt a real chore.
Rather than try to cram as many links as possible on a site, a good job board should be focused and customer-centric.
